How do I buy a product?
Buying a product is easy! First, visit our product page to locate the product you wish to purchase. Select the product you wish to purchase. Some products will have different tiers to suit different needs. Once you have determined which product and tier is right for you, select that tier and click Purchase. If you would like to make additional purchases, you may continue to shop. When you are ready to check out, click on the Checkout button.
The checkout page will include a list of all the products you added to your cart. Please carefully review your purchases, then proceed below to payment information. After completing all the information required for the purchase, click Checkout. Do not hit refresh, the purchase is being processed and may take a moment. Once your payment has been processed you will be redirected to a Purchase Confirmation Page. You will receive two emails, one with your account information (Username and Password) and a second email with confirmation of your product purchase.

How do I create an account?
An account is automatically created when you purchase a product. The email address you use will be your username. Once you complete a purchase, you will receive an email from Crowd Favorite with your username and password.
If you wish to edit this information, you can do so by signing into your account, selecting My Account from the header menu, then selecting Profile.
How do I download my product?
After making a purchase, you will receive an email from Crowd Favorite, in this email there will be a link to download the purchased product.
You can also download your product by logging into the Crowd Favorite website, and selecting My Account. In My Account, you will see links for your product downloads, click on the Download button for the product you wish to download.
Where can I see my product license?
The license for your product can be found by logging into the Crowd Favorite website using your username and password. Once logged in, you will see the software license for your purchase under the License Information heading on the My Account page.
How can I get support?
We strive to provide comprehensive documentation for all of our products. For our premium products, these can be found here, on our website. For our open source products documentation can be found in their respective repositories.
If however your question is not answered in any of our support articles, you may open a support ticket for our premium products by logging into your account on our website. For open source products, please open a support thread in their respective repositories.
How does your refund policy work?
We do not currently offer refunds for our products, but would look at your concerns more closely to make sure you are satisfied with the product. If there were a technical issue, we would be happy to review the issue and review the options at that time.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial for DXP ToolKit, instead we offer a free product!

Do I get billed automatically? How often?
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, when you purchase a Crowd Favorite product you will receive automatic product updates and customer support for 1 year.
Once this period ends, you subscription will be automatically renewed. You may cancel the recurring subscription from your account area on https://crowdfavorite.com.
How can I cancel recurring billing?
You may cancel recurring billing options on the My Account page on our website, under the Invoices tab.
Where can I see my invoices?
You may view your invoices on the My Account page on our website, under the Invoices tab.
When does my license expire?
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, your license will expire 1 year after purchase. You may view when each of your licenses expire on the My account page on our website, under the Licenses tab.
Where can I see product changelogs?
You may view changelogs for your purchased products on the My account page on our website. For each product you have purchased, you may view its changelog by clicking on the View changelog link under the products name.
The latest version of the changelogs are also available under the FAQ section for each product.
What happens to my existing Conditional Content license?
If you have an existing Conditional Content license, we will upgrade it for you at no additional cost!
More information can be found in the email you received on the address used when purchasing Conditional Content. Don’t worry, if you choose not to upgrade your license it will remain valid up until its expiration date, with Conditional Content continuing to work as usual.

Is it hard to migrate over from Conditional Content to DXP ToolKit?
Migrating to DXP ToolKit is a painless process.
As soon as you install DXP ToolKit, you’ll find all your existing Conditional Content personalization rules and plugin configurations have already been seamlessly migrated over to DXP ToolKit.
To finish the upgrade, you will need to modify your existing personalized content to use DXP ToolKit's features. A detailed step-by-step guide for your preferred page builder can be found here.
