Personalization for your Ad Campaigns
Using DXP ToolKit's powerful dynamic link persona rule type, you are able to quickly and intuitively show personalized content to your Ad Campaign audience.
After creating your desired ad campaign, identify and take note of the relevant query parameters that apply to your campaign.
In this example, we will use a few of the common Google Ad Campaign parameters, mainly utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.
Using the identified campaign parameters, create a persona rule for each desired sub-segment of your ad campaign.
To target all the audience of a given campaign, use utm_campaign as the key for your dynamic link rule and your campaign ID as the value of the dynamic link rule.
You can then follow up with additional dynamic link rules to more accurately target any desired sub-set of the campaign's audience, such as utm_source or utm_medium.
That's it, you can now use the created rule(s) to build personalized content for your ad campaign audience!
